It's time to slow down, we reached our final destination against summer heat and August overcrowded places, Montenegro.

We chose to enter the country from the north to avoid the 6-hour-long queue at the south crossing with Croatia, plus here at 1500m above sea level is fresh!

Again the border crossing was smooth, with no queue, the Bosnian road to reach it tho... quite intense. We almost crashed into a tir on a narrow turn, luckily we both hit the brakes and there was 1 cm left to overtake it. The final 20 km were a total mess. The road was large enough for 1 car, with potholes everywhere and no fence on the cliff side.

On the other side of the border, the road was perfect and we could focus on the amazing landscape, driving inside a gorge, till reaching a spot where we could enter the lake created by a dam on the gorge.
