We had big plans for Patras, the 3rd biggest city of Greece, and the second big city of our trip after Podgorica in Montenegro.

A lot of shopping, for van life and winter items, visiting the historic city center, visiting IKEA and the first sushi after many months.

Sadly, it's impossible to park a van anywhere near the centre, and the streets are tiny and chaotic, and a nightmare to drive, therefore we decided to sadly skip the visiting.

Then we found out that the IKEA they have is the tiny version, with no parking for vans, so we scrapped that too.

We tried to park near the Sushi place, but we couldn't fit in, so in the end we parked near a park in the port area, but we were afraid of thieves, as many comments in the park4night app mentioned them for Patras.

We left after one day, with no shopping, no sightseeing and especially no sushi.
